Richard Rodgers, President of Fluent Investments, is an investor in and adviser to growth companies and private equity firms in the healthcare sector. He has a passion for building businesses and deep experience in the challenges growing companies face including capital formation, platform scalability, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and leadership. He currently serves on the boards of Beacon Specialized Living, Behavioral Health Group, Family Allergy and Asthma, and Newport Healthcare.

Richard previously spent 8 years as a leader at Foundations Recovery Network, first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure at Foundations, the company grew shareholder value 60X across two private equity owners, ultimately selling to UHS for $350 million in 2015.

Richard holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive).

His outside interests include contemplative meditation, playing old rock songs on the guitar and Alabama sports, in no particular order.
